EFICIÊNCIA E APARATO LEGAL NA GESTÃO DE OBRAS PUBLICAS NA BAHIA: Estudo de Caso no Território Médio Rio das Contas

Abstract

Contemporary society is demanding infrastructure need to development contribute of a country, this is due to urban centers spatial growth, as well as these spaces modulation to accommodate and meet a growing people flow with minimal comfort without modern promptness losing rush, this reality has raised the civil engineering projects complexity, thus causing major challenges for efficient management of public works. In this study conducted a research whose results progress portray of public construction in the sixteen municipalities in Middle Rio das Contas Identity Territory, as well as the definitions, concepts and tools used in public works management, its main characteristics and how these principles can be applied in an organizational environment. The final product tends to contribute to advances in the covenants management and onlending agreements entered into with Brazilian Government Granting Agencies, and is recommended for public managers, civil engineers and other professionals working in Public Construction execution.
