Análise dos agravos relacionados ao trabalho notificados no SINAN do município de Limoeiro do Norte, Ceará
Abstract
The National Health Policy for Workers, created in 2012 includes a work-health relationship, ensuring an environment and work processes supervision in order to intervene on the sickness determinants. Ensuring workers health assistance in the three management spheres of the Unified Health System (SUS). The objective of this study was identify the injuries related to the work activity notified in the Notifiable Diseases Information System (SINAN); describe the sociodemographic profile of workers and characterize work accidents in the city of Limoeiro do Norte. Exploratory and descriptive documentary study with secondary data, carried out in a quantitative approach. The data were collected from the research files work-related registered in SINAN by the Epidemiological Surveillance of the City Health Department of Limoeiro do Norte. The data collection carried out in May 2020, from period of 2015 to 2019. There was 397 notifies related to worker health, which 219 (55.16%) were notified in the year 2018. The most notified type of warm was serious work accident - 331 (83.38%); among occupational accidents was predominantly male workers - 309 (77.83%); Fitzpatrick's skin - 286 (72.04%); from 18 to 49 years old - 326 (82.12%); elementary school Incomplete - 110 (27.71%); with registered employment - 173 (43.25%); Temporary disabilities correspond to 211 (61.16%) of the records. In view of this study, it was clear that poor working conditions are favorable to the emergence of occupational diseases and illnesses that are mandatory to notify. Therefore, some actions must be taken in different areas, and they may be conclusive and effective. So, its important the companies provide protective equipment and an adequate work environment, being essential the use of this equipment by workers.
