Abstract

In its second issue, from the year 2020, Revista EntreAções: Dialogues in extension, publishes interviews, articles and reports that translate a reality surrounded by adversities and objections faced by the Brazilian Society. Despite this moment, with catastrophic and unimaginable dimensions of an economic, social, cultural and health crisis, emanates and exhales, in the most genuine and legitimate way, solidarity, commitment and social responsibility, which has long been developed and practiced by Public Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), in order to mitigate the effects caused by COVID-19. It brings together in this issue a total of 09 (nine) manuscripts, being 01 (one) interview, 01 (one) original article and, 07 (seven) extension reports. It counts with the interview of the Educator and vice president of the Forum of the Dean of Extension (FORPROEX), coordinator of the College of Extension, with the National Association of the Directors of the Federal Institutions of Higher Education (ANDIFES), professor Dr. Olgamir Amancia Ferreira, with the title “The challenges of University Extension during and post-pandemic of COVID-19”, leading a reflection on the challenges of University Extension.

Hemerson Sores da Silva, Universidade Federal do Cariri

Mestrando no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Biblioteconomia na Universidade Federal do Cariri (PPGB/UFCA) na linha de pesquisa "Produção, comunicação e uso da informação", focando nas temáticas Comunicação Científica e Repositórios digitais. Atua no cargo de Auxiliar Administrativo na Pró-Reitoria de Extensão (PROEX/UFCA). Realiza trabalhos de diagramação e normalização em publicações como livros, artigos, manuais, catálogos, entre outros, e designs gráficos (logos, banners, slides, identidades visuais, etc.). Membro do Corpo Editorial da revista Folha de Rosto (ISSN 2447-0120) como designer editorial. Gestor do Portal PPGB/UFCA (ppgb.ufca.edu.br). Membro do Corpo Editorial da Revista "EntreAções: diálogos em extensão" como assistente da plataforma OJS. Também é graduado em Biblioteconomia pela UFCA.
