Diagnostic research on the quality of life of employees in telework condition
Abstract
This article aims to present the concept of quality of life at work, as well as its importance and contribution to employees and companies in the pandemic context. Interest in the subject was due to the worsening of the Covid-19 pandemic and the need for organizations to adapt to the health measures imposed, with emphasis on social isolation to contain the spread of the virus, which forced the adoption of telework in various organizations. The methodology used to carry out the research was qualitative and quantitative, opting to collect the necessary data through a questionnaire on Google Forms, applied to employees of various organizations that worked remotely during the pandemic. The results indicate the participants' perception of the importance of quality of life at work actions in the context of organizations, including interfering with productivity. In general, during the pandemic, respondents claim to have managed to reconcile personal and professional lives, maintain a balanced routine with flexible schedules and discipline in carrying out activities. However, they highlight the need to adjust the physical structure to carry out remote work.
