Abstract
The Young Doctor Project aims to bring the target group closer to the topics covered through an uncomplicated and accessible language, aiming to promote greater dissemination of acquired knowledge, thus following the priority axes of Primary Care. In this sense, the objective was to implement the Young Doctor Project in five units of the public education network, considering its potential to make individuals protagonists in the process of building learning, sharing information regarding health promotion and disease prevention. The implementation of the Young Doctor Project, in the municipality of Itabuna, considered the support of the Coordination of Primary Care and School Health. Health professionals who work in Primary Care (Nurse, doctor, dentist, nutritionist, physical educator) and who supported the students in carrying out the activities. In this context, this project proposes to organize and train Active Learning Teams (EAA) to implement the Young Doctor Project (PJD) in the public education network in the municipality of Itabuna - BA. To this end, through virtual workshops, the aim is to study in depth topics relevant to combating the coronavirus pandemic. With the positive implementation of a project of this magnitude and scope, it is expected that the Young Doctor will be able, through the content worked on in the workshops, , transform student apprentices into multiplier agents capable of spreading health-promoting knowledge.
